Detox Bath Salt

Fill your Bath Tub with warm water.  Add 2-3 big scoops of salts to the running water. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and let the stress melt away. Soak for at least 20-40 minutes to allow the minerals and essential oils to work their magic.
